City State Journal is a brand new publication which will be published on-line each month and focus on the continual improvement of the central city in the aesthetic, artistic, commercial, educational, environmental, and social realms. It has the goal to continually improve what it offers to the public as far as the quality of its writing, the information that it covers, and the opportunities that it offers to involve interested people in helping to make the central city a better place to live.
